My experience with Himalaya Herbals Refreshing and Clarifying Toner
Fragrance: It has a nice refreshing fragrance somewhat like lemons.
Previously, I was using rose water as a toner for my combination skin. I thought of changing it to some herbal brand of toner and I happen to choose this Himalaya’s toner.
After cleansing my face with cleansing milk, I take few drops of this toner on cotton pad and wipe my face and neck with it in upwards direction. It is a bit soapy and produces little bit of froth if you shake the bottle. After application, it takes few seconds to dry. I feel slight cooling sensation on my skin. It gives an oil-free look instantly without drying the skin as it is alcohol free. But after few hours, my skin turns oily which I don’t like. Although it says that it’s for all skin types, it did not suit my combination skin. May be for dry skin it will work well.

HASB recommendation: It didn’t work that great for me. Maybe, I will try some toner from different brands or will try DIY toner at home.
